FLY GIRL FIT - Mondays 6:15 - 7:15 pm w/ Marcus

FIRST BARRE  - Sundays 4-5pm w/ Lisa 

This is not your typical Barre class. No bouncing up and down. Strength training and the ballet barre exercises that strengthen and lengthen your muscles. I focus a wee  bit (not really, I focus a whole lot on identifying your center) on your core. Everyone has a core, locating it is the science, I have that science.
